About Lee Morton

I’m Lee Morton: commercial photographer, director, director of photography and executive producer. Morton Works is my photography and video production agency, serving Baltimore, Maryland and the East Coast. We bring stills and motion together for brands, organizations and campaigns.

An adventurer at heart, a creative by nature, and a little old school thanks to the grandparents who raised me. I’m a glass-half-full thinker who believes in people, values freedom, and has always had a tool in hand: crayons as a kid, paint markers as a rebellious teen, and cameras as life evolved. Today, I’m a proud dad and husband in a family of four. Nearly 30 Addys in, I’m still learning and growing.

I believe good work starts with a solid plan, room to play, and people who enjoy being there. On set, I like to volley ideas, follow the unexpected, and push the creative together. Good coffee early, tacos later. Ya know, I’m just looking for the truth in a moment, the nuance of a reaction, and the thing we couldn’t have scripted.
